Program Overview

A three-year formation pathway.

Every cadet moves through three structured courses: soft-skills and habits, hard-skills and competence, then mission and leadership internship across the continent.

Year 1 · 6 months

Basic Training Course (BTC)

Soft skills and habits: character, discipline, spiritual foundation, communication and cohort formation.

Year 1 · 6 months

Advanced Training Course (ATC)

Hard skills: leadership, ethics, applied theology, management competencies and continental affairs.

Years 2 – 3

Internship Course (IC)

One year of continental mission, then one year of internship as future pastors or leaders of providential organizations — church management, NGO management, VIP care, pastoral care.

Recruitment calendar 2026.

The 4th Class begins with a Kick-off Ceremony on September 6, 2026 in Zambia. All recommended candidates are invited to submit their applications during the recruitment window.

    Application window

    All recommended recruits submit their forms. Late applications will not be accepted.

  2. Apr 18, 2026
    General orientation

    Orientation on the current HJRA program for applicants and relevant leaders.

  3. Apr 20 – Apr 24, 2026
    Interview & DP exam

    Zoom-based recruitment interviews and Divine Principle exam. Stable internet, mic and camera required.

  4. Apr 27 – Apr 30, 2026
    Admission results

    Results presented to candidates and leaders, and published on the HJRA portal.

  5. May 1 – May 14, 2026
    Document collection & visa

    Confirmed recruits prepare police clearance, CV, qualifications, passport and permit fee.

  6. Aug 24 – Aug 30, 2026
    Arrival in Zambia

    All 4th Class recruits must enter Zambia within this window ahead of the Sep 6 Kick-off Ceremony.
